Papaoul is an established music event curator and promoter, and has collaborated on events with organisations such as Soho House, Keep Hush and Movimientos.

He founded his club night Epoka championing alternative Latinx DJs in the UK alongside friend and contemporary, Bushbby, with a sold-out launch party in 2022. Epoka aims to amplify voices from the Latinx diaspora with a community centred vision, creating a space where people can feel empowered, seen, heard and inspired.
